Our delegate rates and packages are here to help you make sense of meetings and corporate events at Captain's Club in a clear and structured way, enabling you to manage your budgets as effectively as possible.
Day delegate rate
From £50 per delegate (inc. VAT)
- Riverside room hire from 9.00am - 5.00pm (timings flexible subject to availability)
- Bottled still or sparkling mineral water
- Arrival tea/coffee and pastries/yoghurt
- Mid-morning tea/coffee with homemade biscuits
- Working buffet lunch served in your meeting room
- Mid-afternoon tea/coffee with homemade scones
- Use of a flip chart and markers
- Delegate stationery and pens
- Complimentary WiFi access
Minimum number of 8 delegates
24 hour delegate rate
From £255.00 per delegate (inc. VAT)
- All of the above
- £30 per person towards dinner
- Overnight accommodation in a luxury river facing double bedroom
- Full English breakfast in the morning
- Use of the spa facilities
