Heading into its 5th year, Diamond & Ice has become known as THE party of the year in everyone’s diaries!
Starting the night off with a Champagne drinks reception, this is an event like no other with amazing street food served throughout the evening meaning that you can eat whenever you are hungry. Live entertainment will be provided by the Princes of Motown and of course it wouldn’t be Diamond & Ice without the incredible Gareth Gates and his full band.
The hotel closes its doors giving us full exclusive use with a casino in our Ice Bar and of course our team of mixologists in the Quay Bar will be on hand to create your favourite cocktail.
